CANCELLATION POLICY – QUBA HOME SERVICES PVT. LTD.

At QUBA Home Services Pvt. Ltd., we understand that plans may change. This policy outlines the terms under which customers may cancel booked services and any applicable charges.

By booking a service on the QUBA platform (website/app), you agree to the terms below.

1. Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation Before 4 Hours (Free Cancellation)

Customers may cancel a booking free of charge if the cancellation is made at least 4 hours before the scheduled service time.

Cancellation can be done directly through the QUBA platform during this period.

Cancellation Within 4 Hours of Service

If the cancellation request is made within 4 hours of the scheduled service time, customers must contact QUBA customer care.

In such cases:

  • A cancellation fee may apply
  • If the service provider has been assigned and the time slot blocked, a fee of ₹99–₹199 may be charged
  • If the service provider has already started travelling to the customer’s location, a higher cancellation charge may be deducted

Partner Already Travelling / Reached Location

If cancellation occurs:

  • After the provider has started travelling
  • Upon arrival at the service location
  • If access is denied at the premises

Cancellation charges may be up to 100% of the booking amount, depending on the service category.

2. No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Incorrect address or contact details are provided
  • The customer is unavailable at the scheduled time
  • Safe working conditions are not ensured
  • The customer refuses service after provider arrival

3. Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling is allowed free of charge if requested at least 4 hours before the appointment, subject to provider availability.

Last-minute rescheduling may be treated as a cancellation.

4. Cancellation by QUBA or Service Provider

Bookings may be cancelled due to:

  • Provider unavailability
  • Operational limitations
  • Unsafe working environment
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Technical issues

In such cases, a full refund will be issued if payment has been made.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

If eligible:

  • Refunds are initiated within 24–48 hours
  • UPI: 2–5 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 business days
  • Net Banking: 3–7 business days

QUBA is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment partners.

6. Cancellation Fee Recovery

QUBA reserves the right to:

  • Deduct cancellation fees from prepaid bookings
  • Adjust the fee against future bookings
  • Temporarily restrict accounts with repeated last-minute cancellations

7. Misuse of Cancellation Policy

QUBA may suspend or permanently block accounts in case of:

  • Repeated last-minute cancellations
  • Fake bookings
  • Policy abuse

8. Policy Updates

QUBA reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
