QUBA is a technology-enabled online marketplace that facilitates connections between customers seeking home and personal services and independent third-party service providers (“Service Providers”).

Important: QUBA is not a direct service provider unless explicitly specified for a particular service. The Company acts solely as an intermediary to enable bookings and payments.
Service Providers are independent professionals or businesses and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of QUBA.
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
QUBA reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or terminate access if eligibility requirements are not met.
To access certain features, users may be required to create an account.

QUBA shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard credentials.
Service Providers listed on QUBA:
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating an employer-employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency between QUBA and any Service Provider.
While QUBA may conduct onboarding checks and basic verification, we do not guarantee service quality, professional competence, timeliness, safety, or legal compliance of providers.
Access Requirements:
Failure to provide suitable conditions may result in cancellation without refund.
Unless explicitly included in the service package, customers are responsible for arranging required materials or products. QUBA is not responsible for third-party product defects or warranties.
Prices displayed on the Platform may include:
Payment methods may include UPI, cards, net banking, digital wallets, and authorized payment gateways.
Customers agree to pay the full invoiced amount upon completion of service. QUBA may collect payments on behalf of Service Providers.
Taxes are applied in accordance with Indian laws. Service Providers are responsible for their own GST obligations where applicable.
Cancellation charges may apply for late cancellations, provider arrival cancellations, or repeated rescheduling.
Refund timelines depend on banking partners and payment gateways.
Service Providers are responsible for damages caused by negligence during service delivery.
QUBA’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
Customers and Service Providers agree not to bypass the Platform for transactions initiated through QUBA.
Customers should exercise reasonable caution. Suspicious activity should be reported to authorities.
Certain services may include limited warranty coverage depending on the category.
All platform content including logos, software, text, graphics, and trademarks are the exclusive property of QUBA.
QUBA is not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or terms.
QUBA reserves the right to suspend accounts for violations, fraud, misuse, or false information.
QUBA is not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Arbitration seat: Kochi, Kerala.
QUBA may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
