By booking a service on the QUBA platform (website/app), you agree to the terms below.
Customers may cancel a booking free of charge if the cancellation is made at least 4 hours before the scheduled service time.
Cancellation can be done directly through the QUBA platform during this period.
If the cancellation request is made within 4 hours of the scheduled service time, customers must contact QUBA customer care.
